ExTech - the International Symposium on Advances in Extraction Technologies was initiated by professor Janusz Pawliszyn in 1999. Since that time eleven symposia were oraganized worldwide:

Extech 2010 - the 12th International Symposium on Advances in Extraction Technologies is organized in Poznań, Poland on September 20-22, 2010.
On behalf of Poznań University of Life Sciences, Committee on Analytical Chemistry - Chromatography and Associated Techniques Division, and Food Sciences Committee of Polish Academy of Sciences we would like to invite all researches interested in sample preparation to participate in this event.
The symposium will be focused on various aspects of extraction techniques and comprise the following areas:

Novel developments in sample preparation

Fundamentals of extraction technologies

Sample preparation in

Extraction techniques (SPME, SPE, SBSE, SFE, LPME, SDE, MAE, HS, P&T)
The program will include invited speakers lectures, oral communications and poster presentation. We want to especially encourage young scientists and students to activelly participate in all events. In addition to main symposium program satellite workshops and tutorials will be organized.
